Serenity Massage was opened in 2009 by Seren Elizabeth and Bethany (Boggiatto) LaBelle.
We are striving to create a wellness center to help our clients obtain and maintain optimum health from the inside out.
All therapists are licensed by the commonwealth of Massachusetts as Professional Massage Therapists and are also certified by the National Board of Massage Therapy and Body Work.
Massage Services
All services are customized and tailored to the client's specific needs, allowing each person to experience the maximum benefit of massage.
Relaxation Massage
This basic style of massage uses simple, flowing strokes; promotes relaxation and circulation.
Deep Tissue/Sports
This massage penetrates, stretches and rejuvenates the body using pressure suited to the clients needs; breaking down adhesions and improving circulation and range of motion.
Hot Stone
A true spa experience! Hot stone massage uses basalt stones to massage the muscles and melt away pain and stress.
Pregnancy
Pre or post natal care for mommy. Helps with pregnancy related sciatica, neck tension and general anxiety related to welcoming a little one into the world!
Thai Yoga Massage
A rhythmic flow of movements that incorporates compression and deep stretching of the muscles and joints. Often referred to as "lazy man's yoga". This treatment is performed on a floor mat. Loose clothing required.
Lomi Lomi
This Hawaiian style massage is given utilizing fluid, rhythmic motion often including full body strokes, while using the clients own body weight to release tense muscles. Some people have described this as feeling like gentle waves moving over the body.
Reflexology
A system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands and head linked to every part of the body.
Reiki
A form of therapy that uses simple hands on or no-touch methods as well as visualization techniques with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person.
