Up until Brazilian Jiu Jitsu came along, that was pretty much just something smaller people told themselves to feel better. During this trial class, you'll get your first taste of what Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is all about, while also discovering a martial arts academy committed to training confident and fit students. You'll work with certified black belt instructors who will teach you how to get your foe on the ground and earn the upper hand with various chokes, holds, locks, and joint manipulations. Over the course of the class, you'll not only learn technique through drills, but possibly have the chance to test what've you've learned against a live opponent during controlled sparring. No matter how big you are, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will help you take your self-defense skills to all new heights!
