Our family has been serving up savory Thai curries, flavorful Thai stir fried and delicate Thai desserts fpr the past two generations. Chef Yam's infomous curries were the fervor of thai's around the old Tobacco Factory in Rama IV, Bangkok. Her eldest daughter, chef manee continued the family tradition through Indra Restaurent in the then sleepy town of Glendale, CA in 1975 by introducing smokin' seafood curries, savory panangs and spicy catfish.
