In this class, you will be exposed to traditional and authentic Muay Thai fighting techniques, along with unique counter attacks, defensive maneuvers and combinations. Though the emphasis will be on moves to defend yourself, there will also be a focus on cardio exercises; so much so that you will get in shape in no time!
