The price of our ice cream
We sell ice cream by the weight, not by the scoop. Why? Because it allows you to mix as many flavors in any size cup, it allows you to get exactly what you want and you pay for what it weights, not what looks about right. We have sold ice cream per ounce since we opened in 1995 and we believe it's the best way to sell ice cream for both the customer and the business.
Ice cream and Sorbet
Priced by the weight, minus the inedible containers. However, due to Covid, we have stardardized our sizes and we check the weight to ensure it's the amount you have paid. You can still mix as many flavors as you like in any size cup.

Our Walk-up menu is specifically for the flavors listed on this page only. We cannot scoop any of the flavors listed on the other menus. We only make these items when you arrive to avoid melting and thinning, this limits what items you can pre-order. Prices vary per size/ item.

About Us
Inspired to find ice cream reminiscent of her childhood, Maraline Olson began making her own homemade ice cream and opened Screamin' Mimi's on October 28 1995. Maraline makes ice cream fresh every day, choosing from over 300 recipes.
