This work is done fully clothed on a comfortable futon-like mat on the floor which gives a great sense of grounding and stability while padding the joints, allowing for deeper, meditative relaxation as you receive passive/assisted yoga, integrating Reflexology, Acupressure and a balancing of the body systems. Clients report longer-lasting results and a sense of integration, alignment and wholeness in the body, mind and psyche. This is a great amount of time if you prefer an all-over relaxation experience or a brief all-over with one area of specific attention.
