We are an accredited Gem Lab with the American Gem Society. On staff is Steve Gallagher, a certified gemologist appraiser, with over 30 years experience. This is one step higher than a certified gemologist. Steve uses his knowledge gained while visiting mines in South America and Africa to your jewelry appraisal. Insurance coverage is the most common reason for getting an appraisal. A full appraisal is a detailed document that will assure you of a comparable replacement in case of loss. Also, a detailed appraisal is a valuable document to have whenever you choose to sell or trade your jewelry. Schulz and Sons also offers Estate appraisals. Estate appraisals offer a liquidation value, and is helpful to lawyers when settling an estate.

Peter Storm
For Peter, designing jewelry is a science that has transcended into an art.
Peter has been designing jewelry for the last 25 years, and it is something he enjoys to this day. Peter has a bright and inquisitive mind that gives him that special ability to turn an ordinary ring into something truly spectacular. Peter’s newest collection is based on traditional engagement rings. What makes these rings remarkable is in the tiny details. One of the constant themes in the Peter Storm collections is open space. Everyone wants a piece of jewelry that is dramatic. Peter has a keen eye for line and details and realized that open space, the pause between the diamonds and the skin, allows each diamond to showcase its individual sparkle.
Peter’s most recent collection, Rock My World, is debuting during this holiday season.
Rock My World is the first jewelry collection inspired by Rock and Roll. The Rock My World™ collection is the intersection of passion: music, the language of emotion, and bridal jewelry, the symbol of love and commitment. Designed for today’s hip young bride, Rock My World is a fresh new take on tradition. Fascinating detail, beautiful lines… all highlight the wearer.
Peter’s personal relationship with Chester Bennington, lead singer of Grammy winning rock band Linkin Park, was a point of inspiration for the collection.
As a way of giving back to the community, Peter has teamed up with Music for Relief, the non-profit founded by Linkin Park, to aid those affected by natural disasters, such as the earthquake in Japan.
Peter loves the jewelry he creates, but he also loves to display his work.
Ask him a question about any of his favorite pieces and you will get a quirky smile and a short talk about the piece, his inspirations and the steps it took to bring the piece off of the drawing board and onto his client’s finger.
Peter works alongside his wife Anne and, at times, one or two of his three children.
Peter and Anne form a strong team, each bringing to the table their own experiences and enthusiasm. Living in California, Peter and Anne take advantage of the incredible hiking. Another of Peter’s favorite pastimes is wine tasting. Be sure to ask him about his favorite vintages.

Gabriel & Co. New York
The story of Gabriel & Co. is a story of passion, family, service and love.
Our story begins with two dynamic and talented brothers, Jack and Dominick, who saw an unfeeling jewelry industry that needed new vision.
They understood why unique, quality jewelry is important to people in the first place: to celebrate the special occasions, to commemorate the momentous accomplishments, to honor the deepest relationships, and to capture the unspeakable beauty of life and those who matter most.
As young apprentices to their father, master jeweler Elias Gabriel
they learned the exacting art and science of combining precious metals and stones to make a creation greater than either element alone. Committed to making their vision come true, the Gabriel brothers followed in their father’s footsteps and formed Gabriel & Co. in 1989. With their carefully selected and talented team, they devoted themselves to the production of the finest quality jewelry and unparalleled service.
Today, Gabriel & Co. has earned the reputation as being passionate, dependable, and artistic designers, creators and manufacturers.
Our extensive line of timeless pieces encompasses classic and fashion-forward design, ultimately bringing together impeccable artistry with enduring technology, perfect for every unforgettable moment.

ArtCarved
Over a century ago the skilled ArtCarved artisans created the first seamless wedding rings allowing for greater comfort of fit.
With innovation and craftsmanship at the heart of the brand, ArtCarved introduced the first “carved” wedding rings opening up a new world of design detail and styling.
But it wasn’t just the rings that ArtCarved changed
as soldiers went off to WWII ArtCarved popularized the dual ring ceremony so that both spouses could have a symbol of their love and commitment. This ‘new’ tradition has become the standard for how couples now symbolize the meaning of ‘I do’.

Our History
The Schulz family has a long history in the diamond and watch jewelry business.
This tradition continues from Bob Schulz to his son, Matthew Schulz.
Bob Schulz’s father and grandfather came to this country from Hanover, Germany in 1923.
They were graduates of a master watchmaker school in Germany. There were few watchmakers in the the United States, and Schulz’s grandfather and father were brought to this country to assemble watches for Gruen Watch Company on Watch Hill in Cincinnati.
Eventually, after repairing watches and becoming a store manager, he decided to open his own business.
In 1953, Schulz and Sons Jewelers opened its doors on Madison Avenue in Covington. Bob Schulz was only 11 years old when Schulz and Sons Jewelers began business. Like Matt he cleaned counters and studied the trade at an early age.
Henry, the grandfather, worked until he was 86 years old and his brother Ed until he was 70.
Shortly after Henry’s passing Ed and Bob opened a second location Latonia. The current location in Fort Mitchell-Expressway Plaza, opened in 1997.
