How do I place an order?
Simply go to homepage and click "Weekly Dinners" in the top toolbar then scroll down to desired day. Or if you prefer you can email us at savorythymes@optonline.net or call us at (201) 444-6693 and place your order by phone.
Where do I pick up my order?
We have two pick up locations, 366 S. Maple Avenue, Glen Rock, NJ, and 464 Caldwell Drive, Wyckoff, NJ. Pick up is available between 1:00 pm and 2 pm in Glen Rock and from 3:00 pm to 6:00pm in Wyckoff. Please visit the contact page for directions.
Where is your delivery area?
We will deliver to any location within 10 miles of Glen Rock or Wyckoff.
What if I am not at home to accept delivery?
If you will not be home we can leave your dinner. We suggest a cooler is left in view and driver will place bag inside. Please provide us with any special instructions regarding delivery.
Do you cook out of your home?
No we do not, we cook in a Board of Health inspected commercial kitchen located in Glen Rock . With all Bergen County and State of New Jersey food handling and sanitation certificates.
When does the weekly menu come out?
Our weekly menus will be posted on our website and we also email the menu every Friday. Please join our email list to receive the weekly menu email.
How soon can I place an order?
You can place an order as soon as you see the new menu posted/emailed on Friday mornings.
How late can I place an order?
All orders need to be placed by noon the day before (ex. by noon Monday for a Tuesday order, by noon on Tuesday for a Wednesday order, and by noon on Wednesday for a Thursday order. However you can always phone us to see if we can accommodate a late order.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, check or cash.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, to purchase a gift certificate simply go to homepage and click "Weekly Menus" on the top toolbar and scroll down to "Gift Certificates". For any further information please contact us via email or phone 201 444-6693.
I have a gift certificate, how do I use it?
Gift certificates have a number in the lower right hand corner, enter this number during the checkout process. If your gift certificate does not have a number in the lower hand corner, please email us at savorythymes@optonline.net with amount and origin of the gift certificate. We will verify and email you a code that will allow you to use online.
