Sarva Yoga is a class designed to be valuable and effective for everyone. Sarva, in sanskrit, means all, whole, or universal. In this class, modifications of poses are taught to tailor your practice to your individual needs. This class is appropriate for all practitioners regardless of experience, strength, or flexibility. The Myth: "I'm not flexible enough to do yoga. I'm too out of shape." The Reality: Yoga is the practice of using the breath to reconnect the mind with the body. Yoga practice may increase flexibility, but flexibility is not the purpose of yoga, nor is it a requirement. Awareness of the body will naturally improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced but challenging yoga practice where asanas (poses) are held for longer periods of time (2 to 4 minutes). Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice, increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin Yoga generally focuses on the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine
