Sardegna, the first restaurant in Westchester to highlight the cuisine of Sardinia, serves an arresting menu of Italian regional specialites along with unique dishes from the island of Sardinia on Itlay's West coast. Sardinians are very proud of their fresh fish, meats, wild game (Wild Boar, Venison, Rabbit, Quail) home made breads and homegrown fruits and vegetables. Sardegna follow suit serving only the freshest of ingredients, nothing frozen. The walls at Sardegna are lined with celebratory masks, lovely photos and prints of Sardinia. In the center of the 50-seat dining room is a large ceramic pot holding a lovely seasonal floral display. Half moon masks hang from the ceiling over the cozy bar.
