I have always loved food and loved how it brings people together. In July of 1993 I opened the Sapphire Restaurant because it allowed me to share my native cuisine with my local community in an effort to build a place where everyone could come and enjoy a wonderful meal.Throughout my life, I have lived in India, East Africa and England. These countries have allowed me to capture many different nuances of Indian and Thai foods. My experiences have influenced our menu because I try to combine the best combination of spices and flavors offered throughout the world. .
