We prepare our dough throughout the day ensuring the highest possible quality output. The Margherita and Napoletana pizzas are made using authentic Bufala Mozzarella, privately imported from Naples, Italy, Stanislaus tomatoes from California,and fresh basil. Other imported products include Calabria Salami, imported Bufala Ricotta cheese from Naples Italy, imported Italian Truffle Oil, imported balsamic vinegar, and authentic Gorgonzola and Fontina cheeses to name a few more.
