Originating as a fresh seafood wholesale operation, we began experimenting with some different cooking ideas. A popular place for lunch, The Shellfish Company specializes in steamed crab, local lobster and ridge back shrimp. In 1999, we opened the Fish House on Cabrillo, our first venture into the full dining arena. Now we complete the trio with the Boathouse, and continue our commitment to serving fresh local product, and sourcing the finest seafood anywhere.
