About Us
In 1978 the restaurant first opened as the Pancake and Omelet House. With home-style cooking and diner decor, "P&O" quickly became a local favorite. In 1984, Lynda Leonard Boyce bought and transformed the award winning Sanibel Café. The legendary Lynda and her husband Ken created and served some of the finest fare on these islands for twenty-two years. In the spring of 2006, Lynda and Ken, readied for well-deserved retirement and passed their spatulas to the current, local owners... Richard McCurry and Ken Loewit.
