A brand new flavor has graced the case at the Hometown Creamery! Papanași (pron. "papanash"), a traditional Romanian treat has been deconstructed and turned into an ice cream. Creme fraîche with bits of Papanași (cheese donut) and a ribbon of black current sauce.
SFHC now brings you a taste from the rolling hills of Tuscany. Cantuccini, the Tuscan name for biscotti, crunchy biscuit like cookies made with nuts, spices and sometimes dried fruit. We deconstructed it and made a star anise ice cream with brandy soaked raisins, almonds and pieces of Cantuccini folded into it. It will take your mouth soaring to "Lo stivale"
