Carlo was born in a small town of Sorrento, Italy. Much of Carlo's support was inspired by his family and his intensive training in the "Culinary Art of Food Preparation". For several years, Carlo worked in the prestigious Grand Hotel in Paris and was accredited as an "Executive Chef". He continued to explore a new direction into the U.S.A. His innovative and creative ability allowed him to transform many of Italy's "old traditional dishes" into culinary masterpieces. In the early 90's he brought to the Triangle the "Taste of Italy". From 2005 - 2006 he furthered his training in Italy and was honorably awarded a five star certificate and other accomplished chef degrees. Carlo has been well received in the Triangle area and continues to have a loyal following. He is acknowledged and highly acclaimed by the critics of the News And Observer and City Search. Carlo supports many community events such as the March of Dimes, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and YMCA we build people. He continues to uphold the highest standards in fine dining "Best Quality and Freshest Ingredients". All our dishes are skillfully prepared and made to order by our Master Chef Carlo.
