Your first experience begins with a complimentary consultation. Time where your bodyworker can listen to your health history, observe your postural alignment, and discuss your massage options. Physical limitations, injuries, cancer, auto-immune diseases and more are in good hands here. Follow up massages always have a extra time so you can update your bodyworker on any recent changes in your well-being, without losing your precious time on the table
No two massage are alike, just as no two bodies are alike
Our bodyworkers use various massage styles, techniques and tools to help change the patterns of the body that contribute to discomfort. The tools used, such as hot or cold stones, Chinese cups, crystal essence sprays, are all part of the cost of your treatment, they are no extra charge
The actual massage lasts little more than an hour, the real changes come with time and dedication
Our massage therapists help to educate you on stretches and self care you can do at home, changes you can make at work to practice proper body mechanics and correct breathing to help ease anxiety and depression
Massages are available in 60, 75, and 90, minute increments
Initial sessions always include a 10-30 minute consultation
You are not charged for the consultation, just the massage or yoga time
All following sessions are booked
with 10 extra minutes to check up on your progress in your treatment and to report any changes in your health history

Customized Table Massage Therapy
Your body is unique. This massage treats every body with the care and respect it needs. We have created this style of massage to help you get the best treatment. Various massage techniques and tools are blended together skillfully so that you feel the results. Massage techniques can include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, positional release, active release, breath work all combined to give your body the help and healing it needs. Our 'tools' are listed below and explained in detail. Every session is personalized to your short and long term needs as discussed in our consultation. Customized Thai Massage Therapy
This style of massage is performed on a floor mat while the client remains fully clothed. Hands, arms and feet are used to move you through assisted yoga-like postures with fluid movements, gentle pressure and stretching. Anyone will benefit from this style of massage. People seeking to increase their flexibility or who enjoy a more movement-based massage, will find this style extremely rewarding
Massage and Energy balancing

We believe that the yogic path should always be one of learning and growing. We strive to offer an appropriate class for all experience levels, ages, abilities and interests. At Samsara we will use 4 primary classifications to help you find the best class suited to your abilities
Our Bar Graph categories
Every class has its own pace. This bar shows if the class will move at a vigorous pace or a slow one. The higher the bar the higher the heart rate, movement and flow you can expect in the class
Level of Experience Recommended
We all have experience moving in our bodies, but yoga can teach us to move with understanding, and intention. One must have a solid understanding of key basic before moving on to deeper aspects of a lifelong yoga practice. The the smaller the bar the less yoga experience needed. Yoga asanas are amazing tools… but they can quickly make you look like a tool, if you don't use them in a beneficial way. Asanas are supposed to be "comfortable seats", by being honest with your level of experience, this bar is sure to help you find a comfortable seat in the right class for you!
Strength, Balance, Flexibility
All three abilities should be developed in harmony for a comfortable, dynamic body. Pranayama Class aka Inner Space Exploration

Begin Here Now- Intro to Yoga
This class that has a specific focus each week so that a beginning yogi can create a solid, safe foundation for a life-long practice. Brand new beginners without therapeutic limitations are encouraged to start here. All are welcome. Bring questions if you have them!
Restorative yoga is appropriate for all levels of practitioner. A great class for anyone with injuries, high stress, depression, anxiety, cancer, auto-immune disorders or fear of 'flow' yoga classes. In this class we utilize props in most poses. We focus on supporting the body as we bend, twist and stretch. The more supported our body becomes the more our body's healing mechanisms can work. This creates balance and increased health throughout the systems of the body. Poses may be held for a single breath or for up to 15 minutes. Breathing practices, meditation, sound healing may be incorporated into class
Breath, Balance & Be well
A hatha flow class for beginning yogis to our seasoned practitioners. Modifications are provided to help all level of yogis have a safe, fulfilling practice. This class is designed to introduce you to the essential aspects of a successful Yogic experience. We want your practice to last a lifetime but also improve how you feel in your body today. In this class we take time exploring proper 3 part breathing, safe alignment within foundational Yoga postures and how to maximize the health benefits gained from a regular yoga practice
Rise & Shine Flow
A gentle moving class designed to make all bodies and levels of practitioner feel their best to start the day. Expect some sun salutations, standing poses and basic inversions. This practice can be followed up by a custom ordered juice from Nature Food Market and Juice Bar. Save your space and place your order by clicking on 'book now' at the bottom of the page. Strength, Balance, and Grace
A steady flowing class, brand new beginners are encouraged to avoid this class until they have the foundational principals down. How comfortably we move through space begins with the body's relationship to gravity. We cannot find strength within one movement, without flexibility in another, and when there is balance between strength and flexibility we can begin to move gracefully. A steady practice of Yoga asana, pranayama and meditation can improve the integration of all of these systems, and introduce us to graceful, dynamic movement. Whether flowing as softly as a dancer, or moving as explosively as a sprinter, this class will help you cultivate strength, flexibility, balance and grace in all your actions
Supa Dupa Flow
This flow class is for strong beginners on up to the daring yogi. Take your practice to new levels as you learn to creatively flow with your breath and move your body with intention and strength. We start at an exploratory all level and work up to a steady flow, where you, the practitioner, modify your practice as needed. Inversions, arm balances and deep backbends are practiced here. When you come to this class expect fun upbeat music, unique sequencing, and unexpected challenges

Happy Hour - It's the practice to celebrate our togetherness as a community and honor the differences of our bodies. All level flow designed to strengthen your heart, stretch your soul and experience your yoga buzz. Everybody is invited.
Intended to create a physical, mental, and emotional balance, this class incorporates conscious breath, movement (asanas), meditation and various techniques to explore thy Self and bring one in alignment with their highest Self. This session is a powerful tool to combat stress, burnout and other imbalances. This introspective and rejuvenating practice is simple to use and designed to support every body, allowing one to get a little, or greatly, metaphysical. Concepts may include: Mudras, Third Eye, Mantras, Locks/Bhandas, Kundalini Principles, and Chakra System.
Rise and Shine Yoga

This a gentle yoga class practiced seated in chairs for support and stability. This class if perfect for beginners of all ages. Chair yoga allows one to safely stretch and strengthen the body using modified yoga poses and props. In this class, we practice breath work, joint mobilization, and coordination in addition to balancing, stretching, and strengthening the muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Yoga for Ninjas
Deepening Your Practice' is an opportunity to empower your yoga practice, by learning to go deeper, SAFELY. Explore advanced movement patterns, learn dynamic transitions into and out of poses, and safely develop competent inversion/ back bending/ balancing practices. Part flow - and part show, this class will breakdown the how's and the why's of more advanced Yoga asana, pranayama and meditation practices.
Slow Flow Tuesday
An active, creative, flowing class designed to connect the practitioner more deeply to their body, freedom, and sense of self. This class focuses on linking breath and movement through the exploration of both basic and more challenging postures. Expect mindfulness, yogic philosophy, poetry, and sometimes, live music.
