In 2004, nationally acclaimed Pastry Chef Michelle Gayer, traversed from haut-gourmet Charlie Trotter’s Restaurant in Chicago to make her mark in Minneapolis. With an impressive resume that includes, Franklin Street Bakery, La Belle Vie, Solera, the acclaimed La Brea Bakery, as well as a loved chef instructor at Le Cordon Bleu. Now Chef Gayer has brought her experience, skill and flavor to us, via the Salty Tart Bakery.
