Reflected in our slogan “Where the Bayou meets the Beach” every item on our menu will be proteins and produce that can be cultivated and sourced in Florida and the South. Dishes will feature the rich and spicy foods found throughout the bayous and cities of Florida and the old South, and the light and citrus-infused flavors found along the Gulf of Mexico coastlines. From a Charleston classic Shrimp-n-Grits to fresh, homemade key lime pies, if your palette craves Florida and Southern cooking we will aim to please! This will extend into our drink menu as well, with REAL fruit frozen drinks featuring Cape Coral’s amazing “Wicked Dolphin” spiced honey rum, artesian fruit-infused martinis, fresh frozen lemonades, and our craft beer line of “Cigar City Brewing” ales made in Tampa, FL.
