The first Salo-Salo Restaurant opened in November 1, 1999 in West Covina, followed by the Artesia branch beside the popular and trendy Cerritos Mall on October 1, 2001. The Salo-Salo Glendale franchise opened it's doors on January 16, 2006 near the fabulous Glendale Galleria.
