Misery Whip IPA
(ABV: 6.3% IBU: 65) Named after the old logging term for a two-man crosscut saw, Misery Whip is a traditional American IPA.
Stump Humper IPA
(ABV: 7.0% IBU: 50)Made with all Northwest grown malt and hops, this IPA is a tip of the hat to those seeking aromatic and flavorful IPAs. Light bodied, balanced bitterness, with notes of resin, pine, and subtle earthy citrus.
Jefferson Pale Ale
(ABV: 6.5%, IBU: 40) Clean, crisp, light body from which the hops springboard to your palate and nose. This American pale ale brings plenty of floral-citrus aroma and taste without the big bitter bite.
Sgnarly Rotating Hop Series
A rotating series of beers built around exploring the infinite combination of hop flavors and aromas. Hop varieties, combinations, and amounts will be varied between each beer. Beer styles will change, but will be focused on ones that are hop forward. i.e. IPA, Pale, Black IPA, etc.
Collusionator Russian Imperial Stout
(ABV 9%, IBU: 60) Collaboration with Santiam Brewing (Salem, OR). Big, bold imperial stout with dark fruity notes mixed with copious roasted grains, chocolate, molasses, & vinous booziness.
Sun's Out Gun Stout
(ABV: 7% IBU 54) A stout for dark beer lovers, this beer is big, bold, and full of roasted deliciousness. Featuring flavor and aroma notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and coffee beans with depth of body developing as the beer warms.
Sleeping Marmot Winter Ale
(ABV: 7.7%, IBU: 45) A malty winter warmer with great depth of body featuring nutty, and caramel flavors accompanied by a slight warming mouthfeel from the higher abv. Sweet, smooth and creamy, with very little alcohol flavor present despite the higher ABV.
Gourdless Heathen American Brown
(ABV: 7.0%, IBU: 70) A bold American Brown Ale with great depth of flavor and a hoppy finish. Malty aromas and flavors of bitter chocolate and nuttiness, coupled with an almost IPA level bitterness make it a big beer with a definite fall/winter appeal.
(ABV: 6.1% IBU: 35) The red hues of this classic amber are topped with a creamy white head of foam. With a healthy malt backbone, this medium-bodied ale showcases subtle sweetness and caramel flavors. Balancing out the malts is a light spiced hop finish.
(ABV: 5.0% IBU: 17) A german style rye beer with prominent yeast flavor of clove and light fruitiness; rye malt character comes through in the body with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.
Hootenanny Honey Basil
(ABV: 4.2% IBU: 19) An ale as fun to drink as its name is to say! Pale blond in color, this very light beer is topped with a pure white head of foam. Only lightly hopped, the fresh basil takes over the aroma yet remains balanced and not over powering in the taste. Honey lends a touch of sweetness, with the finish being dry and crisp.
Red Flag Warning NW Red Ale
(ABV: 6.5% IBU: 65) A hoppy red ale with toasted malt characters and an assertive hop profile.
1859 Cider Co. - Statehood
(ABV 5.1%) Full-bodied with strong green apple, rose petal and fresh-cut pine. Tropical fruit forward flavors of orange rind, pineapple, passion fruit and papaya; finished with banana and honey notes.
Anthem Cider - Cherry
(ABV 5.5%) Sweet and tart cherries sharpen the fermented apple's acidity. Semi Dry.
