Teppan yaki, also known as Hibachi, is a type of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. The word “teppan-yaki” is derived from teppan, which means iron plate, and yaki, which means grilled. Ingredients such as filet mignon, shrimp, scallops, lobster and chicken are grilled to perfection in front of the guests at the communal tables. The items are sliced, diced and flipped into the air while fires light and onion volcanoes erupt, combining the dining experience with an entertaining show. We use only high-grade meats and fresh vegetables while NO MSG is used in any of the dishes.
