Northern Nigerian version of the shish kabob, often sold on the streets and outdoor venues. Succulent, spicy ram and beef meat grilled to perfection over glowing coals. Skewered or sliced into small, bite-size pieces, sprinkled with extra spices, served with maza-maza, slices of fresh onions and tomatoes, and wrapped in newspaper.
