A modern twist on the traditional soup of Vietnam. Rice noodles served in a beef broth that is slowly simmered overnight. Topped with grass-fed, slow braised brisket and thinly sliced beef. It's what we call Farm to Pho. Our vegetarian option comes with a vegetable broth and our house-marinated tofu. Each bowl is topped off with bean sprouts, scallions, cilantro, carrots, and a lime wedge. Add Sriracha hot sauce and hoisin sauce to your liking. All pho bowls are gluten-free
