Ruth's Chris Steak House is very excited to introduce the Coravin wine access system. Coravin's proprietary technology is nothing short of amazing when it comes to preservation. Its innovative design allows us to serve several pours of the finest wines without ever pulling the cork, delivering the wine's maximum quality and freshness. Using a needle through the cork, the Coravin pumps wine into the glass and then lets the cork naturally reseal, keeping the wine safe from any oxidation and allowing it to continue to age naturally. We wanted to offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy outstanding wines by the glass that would normally only be offered by the bottle.
