Unique to Rush Espresso we serve Lefse, a Norwegian potato flat bread. It’s like a tortilla made out of potatoes, cream and butter instead of wheat flour. We smear it with butter, sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar, roll it up and serve it warm. It is the “go to” comfort food for the hearty Norwegians and we think you will love it. It goes great with a latte or your favorite espresso drink. We also make, fresh on site, what we call Cheesy Egg Bites. The are made with scrambled eggs, three kinds of cheese and mild green chillies. We serve them on a fresh croisant, or bagel. You can add ham or even salmon lox.
