At Ruffino's on the River, we have a passion for local and seasonal ingredients. It is a passion that drives perfecting every dish that is brought to your table. You will find Executive Chef and Co-Owner Peter Sclafani making trips to New Orleans to purchase creole tomatoes from Mr. Gallo who has been selling creoles to Peter’s family for three generations. You will also see this passion for quality in our Louisiana Seafood and ingredients from the local farmer’s market. You will see it in our seasonal specials both in the kitchen and at the bar.
