Take a healthy helping of eclectic American cuisine, throw in a dash of nostalgia and you have the perfect recipe for Route 22 American Restaurant and Bar, a new restaurant designed to give patrons a sense of what Armonk, NY and the world were like in a different era. Located on Old Route 22 and situated in a former 1930's gas station, the 4,000 square foot restaurant's décor and ambiance are reminiscent of the 1930's. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
Lunch and dinner menus run the gamut from salads and burgers to grilled vegetables and filet mignon. A signature dish is Danish baby back pork ribs served with Route 22's special barbeque sauce, one of many items that are sold at the restaurant's merchandise shop. The overall feel of the restaurant is one of fun because the owners want families, business people, and large groups all to feel right at home.
