'21 Dry Rosé
Our 2021 Dry Rosé is a blend of Nebbiolo and Montepulciano grapes. We craft it using the traditional Saignée method, allowing the juice and skins to soak together for a brief 24-48 hours, creating this light Italian style Rosé.

"Our 3 dogs"…...named for Quake, Phoebe, and Romeo! This wine has a beautiful dark color, complex fruit, oak, and pepper aromas. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and 20% Petit Verdot.

2014 Nebbiolo
A great example of a traditional Nebbiolo: Initial impressions of licorice, dark fruit, and mild acidity. A full mouthfeel gives way to a strong tannic backbone. 10% Merlot. Aged in French Oak barrels

Dark fruit, white pepper, and smoky meat aromas. Medium acidity coupled with very smooth tannins resulting from the addition of 20% Merlot. Aged in French Oak barrels

2017 Nebbiolo
Nebbiolo is an extremely tannic grape! The '17 has great acidity and aromas of black cherry, licorice, and anise. It's young (especially the tannins), but this wine has huge potential!

Our one and only vintage of this famous Sicilian grape, and a gold medal winner at the NC Wine competition. Intense fruit with mild tannins, this is a great drink-now wine!

2019 Montepulciano
A great traditional take on Montepulciano, often described as a "rustic red". Fruit-forward, good acidity, smooth tannins with a lingering finish

2019 Tannat
Our 2nd vintage of Tannat! A French grape primarily grown in Uraguay. 100% Tannat, with deep, intense garnet color, beefy aromas, black pepper and dark fruits on the nose followed by a very strong, young tannic finish. Great now, but will age extremely well!

2019 Petit Verdot
The 1st vintage since 2016! The small Petit Verdot berries yield dark fruit aromas, a bit of smokiness, intense color, and bold tannins. Aged 14 months in French oak barrels, which provides a rounded oak finish and smooth yet bold tannins. 100% Petit Verdot. Drink now or age 5-10 years

2019 Norton / Cab Franc Blend
Norton, a grape developed in the 1830s in Virginia by Dr. Norton, gained fame in the 1870s before fading into obscurity after prohibition. Grown primarily in VA, MO and NC, Norton has intense color, high acidity, but low tannings. Our vines yielded a 1/2 barrel, so we blended it with Cabernet Franc, creating an intense, fruit-forward wine. Silver medal winner at the 2021 NC State Wine Competition
