About Us
Rossini's opened its doors on February 8th, 1978 and over the past Thirty years has become an integral part of the Manhattan dining scene. Rossini's is the product of 50 years of restaurant experience. Mr. Bernaz opened his first restaurant in 1953, after serving his apprenticeship in the many fine Italian restaurants of that time. His use of the finest ingredients together with his culinary acumen has resulted in a menu and presentation that has become the favorite of many discriminating New York City diners.
