(Plantains) a delicious relative of banana plant. (Pilli Pilli Sauce) A traditional West African pepper sauce, onions mixed with pilli pilli and served with appetizers as a dip.
Shrimp with Pilli Pilli sauce and Yam Balls. (Yam Balls) Ghanian speciality consisting of mashed yams with nutmeg seasoning, rolled in bread crumbs and fried.

Beef and Vegetable ball made with finely ground beef, sweet potato, irish potato, green and regular onion bell peppers, a touch of garlic, seasonings, rolled in bread crumbs and fried.
