Pizzeria Roma was opened on December 3, 2012 by Chuck and Kristina White of LeRoy, Illinois. Previously called Roma Ralph's, Pizzeria Roma has all of the recipes from Roma Ralph's, which was owned by Ralph Monical, the original mastermind behind the Monical's franchise. The authentic Monical's recipes have been a Central Illinois favorite for generations, and the White family expects to continue the tradition for years to come.
