Rolando's Cuban Restaurant is a family owned and operated business. It has been open in Casselberry since 1988 and has been owned by the Rodriguez family since 1999. Most of our customers are regulars and have been dining here for years. Many people know Maria, the owner, who usually greets customers when they walk in. Her mission here at Rolando's is to make her customers feel like family.
