In early 2010, Rocco decided to retire and handed the operations to his three children, Patricia, Rocco Jr, and Laura. Patricia has been working in the shop for over 20 years and manages the retail operations. Rocco is now the head pastry chef after learning from father for over 10 years. And Laura is responsible for managing business operations. Together they have committed to continue their fathers work in serving the community and their customers with the best products they can make.
