Full-body, calorie-torching indoor rowing workout! This is our signature 55-min cardio class with short, high-intensity intervals on the rowing machine. Be prepared to learn the correct technique, and then the workout will get more and more challenging! Your instructor will help you to get the best workout possible! First class: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, so we can show you the ropes before class!
Cardio Rō Express
Get a great indoor rowing workout in less time! This class provides an appropriate workout for all fitness levels, but is not suggested for first time rowers due to the time restraint
Enjoy the beautiful sun rise in this awesome city of ours. Good days start with this workout. This is your signature Cardio Rō but on the balcony as long as it's not raining! If there is any rain chance, we will move the class indoors but will enjoy a stretch outside! All levels are welcome!
It's your signature Cardio Rō with the most beautiful view in Austin! We move the machines outside on the deck if the temps are between 50-80 degrees and there are no rain chances
Cardio Rō + CORE
Cardio Rō with a twist! We'll spend the first 40 minutes of the class on the machine and the remaining time on the mat doing a circuit to light up your core! This class is great for all fitness levels. Arrive 5 minutes early if you are new to the rowing machine. The last 5 minutes will be a cool down/stretch
Never been on a rowing machine? Does jumping on a regular class make you nervous? The INTRō workout is perfect for you! This is a beginner class for those who are new to the rowing machine. Your instructor will give you extra technical advice and a further intro to the monitor details -- but expect to sweat! Take this class as many times as you want, if you're looking for a slower on-boarding to the Rō workout!
