Rigoletto Trattoria in Middletown New Jersey has been in business since 2002. Rigoletto is an Italian opera written by Giuseppe Verdi about a Duke, his daughter, and a jester named Rigoletto. Here is what some people are saying about the restaurant: "This is the best restaurant in Monmouth County. As a former new yorker, there is no place like Rigoletto down here. The food is fresh, delicious and there is something for everyone. They are wonderful to my children and do a great job with parties and catering.
