Welcome to your new cycling world at Ride Revolution! Below are descriptions of each of our class rides - all will motivate you through a great workout.
Some of our POLICIES:
Reservations for all classes must be canceled by 6pm the night before your scheduled class or you will be considered a no-show.
Ten minutes prior to class starting time we can give that bike to someone on the waiting list
Riders are considered a no-show and late if they are not present for class at least 10 minutes before the start time of the class that was reserved.
At that time Ride Revolution can offer that bike to a waiting client. Under all circumstances there will be NO ADMITTANCE to class once class begins for your safety and to prevent disruption to the other riders
You do not have to have special shoes to participate in our classes - the pedals have special cages on them that can hold your regular sneakers securely.
However, you will experience a noticably smoother and more efficient ride if you do wear cycling shoes. Our bikes have clips for the shoes. We recommend SPD pedal clips. If you are a beginner, it is a great idea to take a few classes and then purchase the shoes once you determine how cycling will become a part of your regular routine
Rise and shine with this high energy workout to start your day. Clocking in at 45 minutes there is no better way to start your day!
RevRide50 is our standard cycle class including warm up and cool down. From steep inclines to fast flats all set to rockin music that will motivate you to push yourself further than you ever thought you could go!
RevRide60 is a slightly longer version of our RevRide50 class and pushes you even harder for that extra workout on the days you need it!
Finish your busy day with a power hill push or sprints on a flat road and feel great!
Join us for the HIIT class - 10 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes off the bike for an intense training class that gets your heart rate and your spirits up!!!
Calling all Teens! Come get your groove on the bike for a 45 minute ride through hills and sprints. Both beginners and advanced riders move together to great music in this great cardio and strength workout!

RevVidRide50 is our standard cycle class with a twist - some songs are shown with video! The entire ride including warm up and cool down, from steep inclines to fast flats, is all set to rockin music that will motivate you to push yourself further than you ever thought you could go!
Join Jennifer B. as she rocks out your teen to heart pumping music for about 40 minutes then hosts an open discussion about nutrition and "stuff"!

Ride Revolution was born from the need for a hip indoor cycling studio in Northern Bergen County. Sure you can take spin classes at several gyms, but you might not know how good the instructor is - what music they will use and their level of inspiration for you. At RR EVERY single class will be an incredible experience for both your body AND your mind. Become one with your bike in a darkened, cool room with energizing music of all genres. You will transport yourself to wherever you believe your success is waiting for you - up that steep hill or at the end of that fast sprint. With comfortable seating areas in every corner and beautiful showers, you can stay an extra while and catch up with your friends and new acquaintances or freshen up and head out the door!
