Our chicken is fresh - never frozen - and always guaranteed free of antibiotics, steroids, and hormones. With a secret blend of Peruvian herbs and spices, we cook our chicken batch-by-batch in our own rotisserie with charcoal briquettes and keawe wood chips for maximum flavor. When you order the chicken, you can choose a quarter, half or whole, depending on how hungry you are, and it will be served with our ono Peruvian rice and a special sauce (described below). Peruvian Rice
This delicious rice is thoughtfully prepared fresh daily with Hawaiian sea salt, organic garlic, and either corn or peas to add that extra little texture and flavor.
Huacatay Sauce
An exclusively Incan sauce imported from Peru, this tangy dipping concoction is made from black mint leaves and adds a unique kick to every bite.
Kale Salad
New to the menu and quickly gaining popularity, this is a delicate blend of fresh, locally grown Kale from Palolo Valley, bought directly from the farmer and mixed with our home-made simple citrus and organic garlic dressing.
French Fries
We cut our fries in-house and add a special seasoning mix with just a touch of sugar to compliment the Peruvian flavors on your plate.
Coleslaw
Healthier than your average coleslaw and with a very special sparkle in the seasoning mix, this side dish is created with fresh local cabbage and organic carrots, with only enough mayo to make it just right.
