This coffee is picked from the high altitudes of Colombia and sent to a water processed decaffeination center. The caffeine is removed with an all water process that avoids the use of harmful chemicals usually used in the process. We then roast the coffee to a city roast. The final result is a nice medium bodied, low acidity cup with a great cocoa finish

Grown in the high mountainous area of tana toraja and then wet hulled results in a full bodied, mild acidity, bright, and clean coffee. This coffee will really shine when brewed in a French press or chemex and also works great as a single origin espresso
