Set Up Programs
These programs are designed for the client who is able to travel to Results Fitness every 4-6 weeks for evaluations and set-ups.
It is also ideal for clients who are members at other facilities but want the assistance from our professional and degree certified training staff.
Includes body fat analysis, diet consultation and personalized exercise program.
Full set-up program includes nutrition AND program design.

Group Exercise Classes
Butts and Guts
Come experience the best workout to get that tush and tummy tight!! Combination of core training and lower body exercises. Every class is different, so you never get bored. Don't miss the opportunity to get the abs and buns you've always wanted! Butts and Guts offers a killer workout for exercisers targeting the lower body and the abs. This 60 min. workout assaults your glutes, legs, upper body, and abs. This fun, fast paced classes uses light weights and higher repetitions to focus on muscular endurance rather than strength. Carla changes up the tempo of each exercise so it's never boring or tedious. Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 pm.
Insanity
You've probably seen the infomercial for the Insanity DVDs. Come try out this high intensity calorie burning cardio combo class with a certified Insanity instructor. Monday at 6:00 pm & Saturday at 10:00 am.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of low impact exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and fluid movement. Creating longer leaner muscles, improved posture and mind body awareness. Join certified instructor Carol Davidson for an energizing work out. Wednesday 5:00 pm.
Yoga
Yoga combines the body and mind to achieve peacefulness, helping you relax and handle stress and anxiety. Sculpt your body; Increase flexibility and range of motion while building strength; Improve balance; Reduce heart rate and blood pressure; Manage fatigue; insomnia, mood, and pain. Saturday 9:00 am.

What days and what times is the After School Program?
What do the participants do in the After School Program?
We will teach them proper form, proper training function, nutrition, speed, agility, and endurance development. Our program will challenge them in all aspects of their athletic training. The strength training portion will challenge them based on their individual needs, individual sport needs, and position needs, while teaching them life skills in the weight room. The speed and development portion will not only improve their speed and agility, but it will also teach them the proper technique needed to maximize their speed and agility in their particular sport. We won't just improve their endurance, we will improve their ability to use each of the energy systems (phospholytic, glycolitic, and oxidative) the body uses. Since it is only an hour each session, the pace will be fast, but very effective.
If my child misses the first days/weeks, is he/she still able to participate?
Yes. The trainers are capable of getting a new participant acclimated to the camp smoothly and efficiently.
Summer Program
We have a program for kids 12 years of age and older and kids 8-11. The implemented program will challenge each young athlete both physically and mentally on a daily basis.
8-11 Year Olds
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-10am.
12 and Older
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10-12pm.
Summer Program Info
Our program for the kids 8-11 will introduce them to the gym experience; some for the very first time, and some for the first time in the proper way.
We will emphasize proper form, proper training function, nutrition, speed, agility, and endurance development in a fun and rewarding way. Our program for the older kids will challenge them in all aspects of fitness. Although the Summer Sports Camp focuses on athletic performance
we have seen a trend in the last few years of "non-athlete" children participating in the camp and having great success in weight loss, boosts in self confidence, as well as showing interest in sports they once had nothing for. We feel the lifestyle component is the most important development we can offer whether they are athletes or not.

Set-Up Programs
The Set-Up program is for individuals that can't travel to Results Fitness on a daily basis, but would like to have our expertise in your fitness and diet routine. The initial consultation will be an in depth analysis of your current diet, body composition, and workout schedule. We will basically teach you how to eat, when to eat, and what to eat. The workout program will be an individualized routine designed for your needs; sedentary individuals, athletes, senior citizens etc... A follow up program can be done every 6 weeks to make sure progress is being attained, any questions about the routine can be answered, and you will receive another 6 week workout routine. Membership
We offer a variety of membership options that range from a yearly contract to month-to-month. All memberships include a nutrition class and an evaluation with a certified trainer, and group exercise classes. However, with the yearly memberships, a member is able to get two (2) free evaluations, whereas the month-to-month memberships only receive one (1) free evaluation. Call us to discuss what membership plan is best for you. We also offer additional options, including personal training (our specialty), Kid's after school programs, tanning, V.I.P. membership, and child care, which can be added to any membership option. Our current policy is that children can only be added to their parent's membership when they are 15 or older. However, we offer a 3 month course that children between the ages of 12-14 can attend. Our child care area has many educational books, playsets, toys, and a DVD player with a large selection of children's movies.
For our younger children, we have a jumperoo, baby swing, and baby toys.
Your children will be safe as you work out.
With daily sanitation and regular inspection of toys, we know nothing is more important than the safety of your child.

Zoo Pass
Zoo Pass
We provide our members the opportunity to go to the Oklahoma City Zoo for free. The Zoo Pass is good for two (2) adults and five (5) children. It is by reservation only, and only for our members. It is a great way to spend time with the family. Come and get your reservation today.
Tanning
RESULTS has two (2) Level 3 tanning beds.
Tan today for as low as $10 per month with a membership. We do allow tanning to non-members.
Clients of Results range in age from 8 years up to age 86 years. Goals range from general wellness, weight loss, muscle gain, post rehabilitation from injury. We also train high school, college, and professional athletes, as well as Miss America and Miss U.S.A. contestants preparing for national, televised competitions. We know the body and understand that each individual with unique goals.
