Comprehensive Eye Exam (30 min)

Full eye exam to check vision and eye health. Glasses prescription will be provided if needed. Fee is $135 if you do not have insurance. Please provide us with your medical & vision insurance info so we can check your coverage.

Current Contact Lens Wearer (1 hr)

Full eye exam plus evaluation of your current contact lenses. Refit as needed. Fees range from $70-$170 in addition to the full eye exam fee of $135 depending on the complexity of the case. Vision plans may cover a portion of the costs.

Emergency Visit (30 min)

Red eyes, discharge, pain, light sensitive, flashes, floaters, sudden blur or loss of vision need urgent care. Call our office to be seen today. Fee is $125 if you have no insurance. Please provide us with your medical insurance info for coverage.

First Time Contact Lens Wearer (1 hr)

If you have never worn contacts before or have very little experience, it is best to CALL OUR OFFICE to schedule this appointment as there are specific times that we set aside for new lens wearers. Allow at least 1 hour for this exam.

Follow Up Testing (30 min)

Choose this service if you were recently seen by Dr. Dong and are supposed to return for follow up care or additional tests such as dilation, additional Glaucoma testing, trial contact lens follow up, etc. You do not need to fill out your forms again.
