You'll start with fundamental moves such as basic rolls, jumps, and bridges. The instructors will focus on conditioning your body and improving your flexibility. Once you've mastered the basics, you'll be ready to start cartwheels, handstands, handsprings, and walkovers! Tumbling is a great program to add to your fitness routine to help you stay in shape and tone your muscles.
