Residual Sugar offers a variety of cheeses and charcuterie from all around the world; from Casatica Di Bufula to Saucisson Sec, we stop at nothing to bring the best, freshest cheeses and meats to the East Bay. Our staff provide side-by- side pairings to accompany each wine, as well as impart guest education about each selection.
