In the technical world, METCON is the abbrevation for metabolic conditioning. Hands down one of the most tough workouts of the week, involving every variable in the studio with an arsenal of techniques. The Full Body Metcon will challenge every muscle of the body, including the mind. It is as mental as it is physical. The major difference is the cardiovascular element when compared to our strength and muscle development days. Structure: 15 minutes per station Station 1: Cardio = Treadmills and Calisthenics Station 2: Racks = Dumbbells, Suspension trainers, Pull Up Bars, and Benches Station 3: Turf + Assault Bikes= Kettlebells, Battleropes, Glider Discs, Bands and Calisthenics 20 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning 25 minutes of pure strength and muscle development training
