We are blessed to have the opportunity to be working with great people and products; we are able to create with our hands using what others have worked so hard to harvest.Organic staples you can rely on here are flour, eggs, sugar, olive oil, sauce, marinara, pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, micro greens, spinach, mixed greens, beans, coffee, wine, corn chips, corn meal and vanilla. We enjoy creating delicious and conscientious food in our kitchen; we support the best we can when we can. Local tomatoes are featured here and, along with red bell peppers and cucumbers, come to us year round without the use of pesticides or preservatives.
