The concept behind Rella’s is one that has evolved through many years of experience, both successes and failures. Different philosophies have helped to shape and mold what we believe the hospitality industry is all about. In the past, these philosophies have brought good times and prosperity. It is with these principles and experiences in mind that we have developed Rella’s. Our menu caters to all tastes using only the finest products. The food is always prepared fresh, with a little of Mom’s influence as well as new, emerging culinary influences. One of the items on our menu is pizza, and living in New Jersey, pizza has always been a very important part of eating out for us! Some would even argue that the pizza from the New York-New Jersey area is the best in the world, especially with places like Lombardi’s, John’s, or Patsy’s in Manhattan, and of course, DeLorenzo’s in Trenton. It is with this love of pizza that we have created the best pizza on the Jersey Shore.
