Reiki sessions are performed while you lay fully clothed on a massage table, or you may sit comfortably in a chair. I will place my hands slightly above your body, or gently on different areas of your body known as chakras or anywhere a blockage is felt. The energy will flow from my hands to your body and your energy field to restore your body to balance. You will feel deeply relaxed and may experience physical sensations in your body. You will feel pain in your body start to melt away and you may even drift into a relaxing nap. Reiki works on many levels and will always benefit you. It works body, mind and spirit and takes care of the root cause of injury or pain. Reiki helps with physical, and emotional issues. Full sessions typically run 45-90 minutes and work the entire body. Mini sessions can be requested as well, especially for headaches or for a quick relaxing break or energy boost.
