Freelander "District One" Chardonnay – California
The inaugural Chardonnay release from Freelander. This California wine shows good acidity providing a nice balance to the ripe pineapple, pear, and passion fruit flavors; a hint of vanilla spice oak adds an extra layer of complexity providing a gentle well-balanced finish.
Bodegas Bilbao Valinas Albarino – Spain
Straw-yellow in color with bright emphasis reminiscent of Granny Smith apples. On the nose, fresh aromas and a salty touch mingles with nuances of apricot and peach. The palate is elegant, fresh, harmonious in perfect balance with the sweet sensations left by the fruit flavors. Smooth and supple, great for Spring.

This wine carries the warmth of the soil in the South of France where this wine is rooted. A blend of Terret and Vermentino grapes, Terret adding vivacity to the Vermentino with its elegant floral aromas. This popular blend shows how Zinfandel and Petite Sirah complement each other perfectly: Zinfandel offers robust blackberry, anise and pepper aromas and flavors. Petite Sirah brings blueberry, plummy fruit with roundness and structure to the mid-palate. The Zinfandel returns adding grace, length and elegance. Light-handed oak aging influences the Petite Sirah to add a chocolate note in the finish.
La Mozza "I Perazzi" Cabernet Sauvignon – Italy
A knockout first vintage of this Cabernet from the La Mozza estate expressing the terroir of the Maremma region of Tuscany; clean, intense aromas of mature wild blackberry and cassis, with a backdrop of sweet caressing spices, vanilla, cinnamon, and a light shade of pepperiness emerge after some time in the glass. Medium-full on the palate, nicely round and substantial showing velvety tannins on the finish that give the wine elegance and length.

Canoe Ridge "The Expedition" Cabernet Sauvignon – WA
Beautiful aromas of Marion berry and blackberry cobbler pick up attractive hints of vanilla, cocoa powder and rose petal. Its tannin structure is reminiscent of a perfect date – arriving early and staying late – within a fruit structure of currant and cranberries. There's some lusciousness on the midpalate that carries into a chocolaty finish.
