Technician will install a Nest Learning Thermostat and perform the set up of the thermostat on the customer's account. If a common wire installation is required, there will be an additional fee of $25 per thermostat. If a normal common wire installation is not possible, and a common wire making device needs to be installed, then the additional fee will be $75 per thermostat instead of $25 per thermostat.
