The Redwood Lodge is proud to announce Chef Luis Fernandes has exclusively joined our team as General Manager and Executive Chef. Since coming on board, he has been focusing his attention on restaurant operations, and been working diligently to expand Redwood's Catering business. The addition of Chef Luis has allowed us to truly become a full-service restaurant, offering private in-house dining and excellent off-site catering. The Redwood will also be introducing a brand new menu in next few weeks, offering unique creations from Chef Luis while still featuring our most popular items that the Redwood has become famous for over the past 14 years.
